All you need to know about the Lio Estate Resorts! Lio Estate Resorts currently comprises of Casa Kalaw, Balai Adlao and Hotel Covo and their newest resort, Huni Lio. These resorts are situated in the Lio Tourism Estate, an ecologically sustainable tourism destination developed by Ayala Land in El Nido, Palawan. The area is now home to the above-mentioned resort chain, Lio Airport Terminal, Lio Pier, commercial establishments now known as “Shops@Lio”; soon, residential communities and more. Casa Kalaw is fairly new and opened in December 2016. Casa Kalaw has 42 rooms with Filipino-inspired theme targeted for balikbayans and families. In 2017, the latter two resorts opened - Balai Adlao envisioned as a restful holiday accommodation for young professionals; and Hotel Covo, for the adventurous back packers. The newest resort - Huni Lio is a 50-room tropical architecture bed and breakfast hotel designed in-house, with an all-day dining, bar, swimming pool, and function room.
