PACKAGE ITINERARY:
Day 1: Flight via Hong Kong Airlines MNL-HKG HX782 0655AM - 0855AM Arrival. Meet & Greet. Free time           
Day 2: Outside breakfast. Morning Half Day City Tour. To visit the Harbourfront Promenade, Jewelry factory, souvenir outlet, pass by mid-level of Victoria Peak, Aberdeen Fishing Village, (Sampan Ride is optional). After tour, own account back to hotel. Tour ends at Tsim Sha Tsui. Own account back to hotel. 
DAY 3: Breakfast outside hotel, For 3D2N PKG free until transfer to airport, Flight via Hong Kong Airlines HKG-MNL HX781 9:10PM - 11PM. 
For 4D3N PKG free for own leisure. or Add Optional Tour
DAY 4: Breakfast outside hotel, For 4D3N PKG free until transfer to airport.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
1. Submit clear / scanned copy of valid passports 
2. Full payment required after confirmation that slots are available
3. Payments CASH basis only / Credit Card payments via PAYPAL only (with 5% transaction fee added on top)
​4. Once flights/hotel rooms are confirmed, we send out a statement of account / invoice, to collect payment. Please do not send payments without a confirmed booking with us.
5. Hotel Vouchers are sent within the day after we receive your full payment
6. Flight E-Tickets are sent at least 3 days prior to your departure, along with your boarding passes. We do web check in free of charge.

• Book and buy basis only. No reservations.
• Once we receive your full payment, confirmation voucher and fully paid invoice will be sent to you.
• Rate is per person with minimum of 2 persons travelling together
• Above rate is for Philippine passport holder only. Surcharge for Non-Filipino Passport Holder is P2000/person
• Hotel check in is 3pm and hotel check out is 12nn

E-Ticket issuance is at least 2-3 days before the flight date since this is a group blocking (Please do understand this important note). If you can’t wait for your flight e-ticket to be issued - please book other packages not a group blocking tour package.

• We offer FREE ONLINE CHECK IN services. Boarding Passes are sent 24-48 hours prior flight departure.
• No refund for unused tours, hotel accommodation and meals and transfer services
• Once finalized, package is non-refundable, non-rebookable, non-endorsable & non-reroutable

TOUR REMINDERS...PLEASE READ
● Please double check your ticket before departure.
• For the child not travelling with parents (either mother or father), please secure a DSWD clearance.
• For government employees please secure a Travel Authority. 
• If passengers have pre-existing sickness, kindly  bring medication or maintenance with doctors prescription.
● Flight Check-In time is 3 hours prior to flight departure.
● For Foreign Passport holder, please don’t forget to bring your onward flight ticket back to your country when travelling for immigration purposes.
● NO REFUND for unused tours, rooms, meals and transfer services
● FOR MINORS OR CHILDREN (below 18 years old) traveling with 1 parent must bring birth certificate and marriage contract of parents (no need DSWD clearance)
● For those who are Government Employees, you need travel clearance before traveling
● Passport must be 6 months valid before the date of travel or departure
● Tour guide will meet you from airport to hotel, they will drop you at your respective hotels and you will check in on your own
● Most hotels require you guarantee deposit for the mini-ref and pay movies inside your room. Deposit is refundable upon check out if you don't consume any items or watch movies.
● Sneak-in passenger includes transfers and tours only, no bed. They must wait at the lobby, and adult passengers only are allowed to be at the check-in counter
● For roundtrip airport shuttle with 1 free luggage transfer per person
● Check-in 3pm and check out is 11am
● For triple sharing, Hotel will only provide extra bed or roll away bed
● White copy of Hotel Voucher will be given to the tour guide
● Please ask your guide where you can claim your breakfast coupon (some hotels do not include breakfast. Please check your hotel voucher)
● Please check proper visa/documents needed for your destination
● All our Promo Tickets are non-refundable and non rebookable, if in case ticket is rebookable there's always a Rebooking Fee. if ticket is refundable, processing takes 6 months to 1 year. partially used ticket is non-refundable.

Booking Procedure

For us to arrange your vacation, we need the following details:

1.     Passengers Name (and Birthdays for packages with flight bookings)

2.     Travel Dates

3.     Contact Email and Phone Number

4.     Scanned copy of your passports (make sure it has a 6 month’s validity prior to your travel date)

Once flights/hotel rooms are confirmed, we send out a statement of account / invoice, to collect payment. Please do not send payments without a confirmed booking with us. Wanderstruck Travel & Tours require at least a 60% down payment for booking/ confirmation with the balance to be paid upon the given option date. For bookings less than 7 working days, full payment will be required.
